Pre-Employment Tests
Some positions at Delmarva Power have testing requirements and qualified applicants are encouraged to take EEI practice tests. These are the same format and concepts as the actual tests and include informational brochures and tips. Available tests include Construction and Skilled Trades Selection System (CAST), Technical Occupations Selection System (TECH), and System Operator/Power Dispatching (SO/PD).
